Awesome. "You go girl!" Cheesy encouragement, but appropriate in this instance I think.
The first step is really making the effort, deciding it's time and really keeping to a plan. I always have trouble when there are no goals set, so having a group will help - plus you have already changed a lot of your behaviors...anyways, what I was trying to say is you will do great and be a sexy MILF in no time :)
